    Ok guys. Just got my used coils yesterday an got a chance at them today an I'm not sure how to actually adjust the height. From what I've been reading these d2 have height, dampening, and spring rate adjustability. Am I getting into too much for my mechanic ability. Please help. I think I'm over thinking way too much.

    I doubt you can change the spring rate, since thats the actualy spring and not the coilover assembly but I am guessing you have spring pre-load adjustability.

    And yes, you might be over thinking it a bit.
