I would vote either the GTR or the Lambo to be honest.

If aston was the V12 DBS I would vote that one, but ya the Lambo would be fun. I would go Ferrari since I love Ferraris! The GTR would be fun but its an oval, not that much fun unless you get to drive the road track too!

Do any of those have a proper shifter or is it all paddles? I think regardless of transmission or even which car youll enjoy this.

They are all automatic... for all those that can't, GTR is tempting, maybe I will do more than one.
