Nice thread, It's got me contemplating making my own somehow, I just don't want them to look weird at all. Has anyone tried any other DIY materials, and seen really good results? My IKEA is over 100 miles away haha. Like a painted sheet of plexi-glass, something cost effective.

i am running into the same problem i saw some wonderful mudflaps on ebay but i'm not paying 90 bucks. it would be cheaper to drive the hour to ikea and make them into my own then to pay that kind of money

plexi would brake on the first bump. IKEA are nice and flexible. I used to cut them down ( I had a rally armor template) but this time i just trimed the top to angle in and i think it looks much better

see i want solid blue mudflaps if rally armor made blue with like a black lettering i'd deff buy them in a heartbeat
