Apparently, light beers pair nicely with Thai food. I got these for dinner on Friday with Tom at a Thai byob.
Today I've had a big bottle of Duvel. And..now it's empty. Off to First World Problems!
I'm super excited to try the Hennepin. It's one of the top rated Saisons on beer advocate and I've really enjoy everything I've had so far from Ommegang.
I've got a bottle of franziskaner & a bottle of leffe blond I put in the fridge last night...they might survive the night.
