    If my memory serves me correctly yes you should have to remove the bracket. Looking at my 91 now and I don't see a way around it lol

    Damn... I hate those brackets lol. I had to take a 3 ft mallet just to get my old steelies off, can't imagine those bolts.

    Haha put the jaws in the holes around the circumference and the bolt part on the end of the axle lol

    They're junky old steelies ATM and I had to get them off somehow to change the axles lol
