Ive started going to stage 2 but before i install the DP i want to Heat wrap it ive seen 2 different guides one guide shows HT Silicon coating applied directly to DP then wrapped then applied again.
The other just showed it wrapped then sprayed what one is best i want maximum protection.
I would coat it before wrapping not necessarily with the silicone coating but even with a high temp ceramic exhaust/engine paint as this will lessen the chance of any adverse reactions should there be any moisture trapped under the wrap and silicone coating. Not to mention the added heat resistance of an extra coat
they say its good for upto 1500 so why not the silcon just wondering lol
You can use the ht silicone I just meant you didn't have too lol ht ceramic paint would work too lol
