Bike Riding

So i just rode my bike 5 miles......of hills..... what a workout. anyone else ride bikes for exersize?

I used to ride a bicycle for exercise. Actually, it was more for transportation as I was without a lisence for 3 years lol. Doing that then had me prepared for racing, so I used to race also.
What kind of bike do you ride?

I'm not sure what kind exactly my wife got it for me for Christmas. I know its something something Granite Peak from walmart lol.

yea and its got front shocks lol its a nice bike. but i need to get a different seat the "stock" one hurts my rear XD

In time, that'll go away. Shocks can make things fun. Are they adjustable at all?

not that i know of its kind of a built into the fork set up

Gotcha. Somtimes those are adjustable or have a lock-out to keep it from acting as a shock

I'm much too lazy for all that. I prefer things with 2 wheels to be motorized
