Beware of the lightweight crank pulley. There is an engine builder in town with an engine dyno at their shop. They have had motors on their dyno that had these lightweight pulleys. I have seen a couple of these motors break crank shafts while running on the dyno! The problem is the factor pulley is designed to balance the motor once the motor reaches a certain rotating speed. Not every motor with a lightweight pulley will have issues, but I have seen what can happen.

Also, When a lightweight pulley and lightweight flywheel are run together, I have seen idle issues from too little rotating mass.
