1500 for an EJ205, with exhaust ecu etc. 100 for the engine harness, a few hundred to have the wiring harnesses merged. a few for my friend to do the swap. It adds up.
Best price on a complete engine I could find online was about the same too, 1500 bucks. The car isn't worth the money nor the hassle to save. If it was mint, maybe. But it isn't. I don't have the funds to be part of the car modding scene yet. I'll just stick to enjoying my stereo equipment and just driving in general.

u think your morning is frustrating at 5:30am i had to do a long distance psych transfer when a fresh crew was comming on in a half hour and my computer crashed, then sprint is trying to charge me the full cancellation fee from when i switched to verizon but it should only be 90 and i had a "good friend" tell me i'm useless to my friends cuz they can't take a joke that is a frustrating morning, also i hav eonly had 2 hrs of sleep
