Hawaii was the worst Ive seen. Ive driven all over the country and several foriegn countries as well and Hawaii has by far the worst Left Lane retards of them all. Regularly you will see someone merge (if you can call it that... 45 mph on the on ramp to merge with 70 mph traffic) and then DART to the left lane to chill at 45-55 mph its frustrating beyond belief.

Did you get in trouble for hitting drivers?

I've driven NH to Florida many many times. Jersey drivers are HORRIBLE. DC scares the hell out of me. I've learned to hit NYC at the right time so I don't burn my clutch.
