all white sand and if you go out early enough the water is clear lol. but its nice for sure. and our condo is right across the street from the water

I'm pretty sure it's just from Maryland to lower New York that the ocean is disgusting. I love dodging cigarette butts while I'm in the water...

That's awesome. I've been going to ocmd my whole life, I'm used to "normal" beaches. I was on a Florida beach once & an actual tropical beach another time. The clear water freaked me out when i swam out & could still see the bottom 20+feet below me.

Yup, I'm sure I will. For the rest of you...Snoozie & I are accomplishing a shared life goal. We're packing up, leaving suburban Philadelphia & moving to a tropical beach. We'll be decorating a palm tree for Christmas.
