WRX drive train in Outback wagon

I found a 2004 JDM WRX drive train with engine, trans, rear, ecu, drive shafts and harness on craigslist. Does anyone know hard it would be to put this in a 2004 outback wagon? My timing chain slipped today and destroyed my engine. I just lifted and rebuilt the suspension last year, new tire batt, altenator and hoses. I also have new wheel bearings to put on and I'm not ready to give up on the car. I'm new so if someone has answered this already help me figure out how to find it.

    Thanks
