Yea wrapping the manifold crosspipe or uppipe helps to decrease engine bay temperatures.

So FML i took the IC off and finally got the heat shield off and was on to the DP bolts. they are a pain in the *** got all except the bottom gonna chill for the rest of the night and try again tommorow
