I've actually never used anything after baking lights. I just use the same sealant that was there before. I don't seem to lose any. Lol. How difficult is the clear gasket to split later if you had to?

You probably can get away without using RTV but I always use it anyways. I would rather just know for sure its done rather than coming out a month later and finding water or condensation in my lights....then doing it all over again.

what temp to "bake" them? I cant remember....
250F for 5-7 minutes.
