Hey guys, This is my project i have been trying to get the time to work on after getting home from Afghanistan! started off pretty good but as school started and i had to go back to work i have been slacking im pretty much just gunna copy and paste over from my build thread on RS25.com so it will seem like some time has gone by but all the dates are the same hehehe enjoy!!
The chassis is a 00 Impreza 2.5 RS oupe in BRP i purchased from my buddy for a mere $1700

for engine management i will be goin with open source tuning....got a buddy thats been getting good reviews with his skills in such endevers so hell get her up and runnin for me from that stand point...probably have it looked at when i get to a dyno for some numbers too...thinking of playin around with e85 as well so we will see where i end up, but leaning towards Alchy/Meth...similar set up in a 2011 WRX (Still stock block as well) is hittin a little shy of 430 to the wheels(virtual dyno numbers though)...i plan to hit 400 on stock block just becaue i am told i cant reliably...so ill do it, for a bit then swap in a built block...otherwise toying with the idea of a build EG33 motor swap in the distant future...but who knows...
should be about it though for this project...debating on selling the DD and just using this as it should be pretty reliable...but other than that ill probably just collect more wheels as time goes on....swap over a few parts from the DD(which i will update the mod lists for) and if i do decide to sell the sedan, ill finish the interior as well...
