2003 EZ30D - No Combustion Gas In Coolant But Reservoir Not Draining When Cold
I’m at my wit's end.
My radiator continues to burp.
I’ve replaced the (OEM) thermostat, hoses, radiator, and overflow reservoir.
The overflow fills during the course of driving and does not empty once the engine cools.
I don’t have overheating.
I did a pressure test, and it holds without issues.
Any ideas?

It sounds like an air pocket friend.

How long can it burp?
I use a burping funnel and let it run for quite a long time with the heater on, then off.

Drain the system about half way, then add it back slowly.
You have to have an air pocket, and once you get one, it's hard to get rid of.

I bought a vacuum coolant filler.
I’m going to give that a go.
I’ll keep you posted.

Nope. Still having issues. This is so ridiculous.

I even topped off at the throttle body as I’ve heard recommended.
This is the highest point in the cooling system.
But, my reservoir still doesn’t drawback to the system when it’s cold.
